Joint working group meeting on lessons learnt from ESF projects for WG Education and WG Employment in Warssaw, on 24 October after EUROCITIES Social Affairs Forum!
The joint working group meeting of the WG Education and the WG Employment will focus on lessons learnt from ESF projects. Participants will have the opportunity to discover:
- 'Ognisko plus' which provides individual and comprehensive support to 265 young people aged 6-18, at risk ov social exclusion, that are experiencing difficulties in performing care and educational functions.
- A better start in Ursynów (district of Warsaw)’ offers socio-therapeutic support and educational and street working classes for 60 young people aged 6-18.
- Support on start’ aims at offering a comprehensive support to young people, combining personal development with professional activation and raising the qualifications, so that they become competent employees and happy and fulfilled people.
The Social Affairs Forum
The meeting will take place alongside the meeting of the Social Affairs Forum in Warsaw from 22 to 23 October. This year, participants of the forum zill discuss 'Inclusive Cities: Ensuring social inclusion and wll-being for all ages' through different sessions, workshops, speed-networking opportunities and site-visits.
