We are collecting input on a variety of KPIs through two different surveys.
Funded by the European Commission’s Horizon 2020 programme, the CITYKEYS project aims to develop and validate a performance evaluation framework which will enable the comparison of smart city solutions across Europe (see the CITYKEYS factsheet here).
Our role within the project is to gather information from cities on their use of key performance indicators (KPIs), and their current gaps and future needs around both the wider local smart city strategy, and in relation to individual smart city projects.
We will collect input on a variety of KPIs related to, among others issues: energy and environment, quality of life, transport, urban planning, social inclusion, education & skills, and citizens participation.
Input collection will be carried out at two different levels: the first targeting city administrations; and the second aimed at cities’ main stakeholders and citizens’ associations.
The surveys will be open until Friday 10 April and are available at the link here.
