The House of Cities, Municipalities and Regions is ideally located in the heart of the EU quarter, within close walking distance of the EU institutions, shops, restaurants and the city centre. 

We offer four meeting rooms, the largest accommodating up to 80 people. We also have a lounge area available for hire alongside our Meeûs and Luxembourg rooms, perfect for cocktail receptions or buffet lunches.

All rooms have natural light and a view over the Square de Meeûs. Wifi comes as standard in all meeting rooms, and we can also offer interpretation, presentation and catering facilities tailored to your needs. For an overview of our services and providers, please see below.

Catering

Sésam caterers offer a variety of choices, from simple sandwiches to elaborate buffets. Sésam is unique in that not only do they provide delicious food, but they are also a social project, promoting the reintegration of citizens into the workforce.

Wifi

A complementary high-speed wifi connection is available in all our meeting rooms.

Interpretation

Our Meeûs room, accommodating up to 40 people, can be equipped for interpretation services in up to six languages. We work with Concorde International and Challenge Partners.

Presentation

Presentation screens are available in all meeting rooms, and you can also hire equipment such as laptops, projectors and table microphones. Just use the booking form below to indicate the equipment you need for your presentation.
