As many of you already know, the next KSF Autumn meeting will be hosted by the
city of Zaragoza (Spain) on 22-24 October 2018. Although we still must wait
some months for taking the plane, the meeting’s agenda is already getting a
With continuation on the citizens’-engagement-narrative initiated in Ghent, Zaragoza will focus on the usage of urban data in co-creating our cities.
Characterised by its culture of innovation, Zaragoza will offer a very ‘hands-on’ meeting hosted by Etopia, Zaragoza’s centre for creativity, innovation and entrepreneurship. Interactive sessions (speed-networking, roundtables and a co-creation exercise) will shape a dynamic forum dedicated to the place and role of citizens in co-creating human smart cities. In addition to the on-going exchanges around data and standards, participants will use the opportunity to discuss new topics in the frame of the new digital citizenship taskforce and the upcoming proposal on technological foresight.
