On Wednesday 28th November 2018 Lyon will host an International Summit for Cities and Regions driving the Circular Economy. Cities from the whole world are invited to exchange their practices on how to develop a circular economy.
The summit will start on Tuesday 27 November with local site visits by Métropole de Lyon and an inauguration evening at Lyon City Hall.
On Wedensday 28 November the summit day will open with a plenary session followed by workshops which will allow projects holders, at operational scales, to develop implementation plans, ideas and strategies on themed experiments (waste management, water-energy nexus, remanufacturing, sharing services...).
The City-Entreprise speed-dating in the afternoon will be a privileged framework for city/locality officials to meet with companies on specific projects developments and highlight of equipment and technology potentials into circularity.
Cities are invited to participate in the summit by registering under the link above.
The organisers are still looking for cities, which would like to share their own experiences and projects on circulare economy. Please express your interst in the registration form.
