Zaragoza - Harinera culture centre

Zaragoza has established the first public cultural centre in Spain co-managed by the city and citizens. Started as an experimental project to provide equality of access to culture, Harinera ZGZ has become a successful, sustainable space dedicated to participation, empowerment and transformation of the neighbourhood through creativity.
